What we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, mobile number, service address, vehicle and service details, and any notes you add. We use this only to schedule, perform and follow up on your detailing service.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We use service providers to run this booking system: Vercel hosts the site, Upstash stores booking requests, and Twilio sends appointment text messages on our behalf. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Appointment text messages

• By checking the consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Scorpion Detailing about your appointment request, confirmation and scheduling.
• Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per booking.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 773-707-6950.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are deleted from our booking database automatically about 120 days after submission or the owner's response. Text message records may remain on the recipient's phone and with our messaging provider under its retention settings.
